Achievements of Ukraine in 20 years of independence

Not so long ago Ukraine was 20 years old. For these 20 years the country of much reached and since 1991 we have a set of merits.

 
State order-2012 – the greatest in years of independence

On June 8, 2012 the Minister an obrazovaniiya and sciences, youth and sports of Ukraine Dmitry Tabachnik reported that the State order for training of specialists scientific and pedagogical, personnel, on professional development and retraining of personnel (postdegree education) in 2012 became the biggest for years of independence of Ukraine. The statement was made during consideration of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

 
Insurance of foreigners in Ukraine

On September 17, 1997 the Cabinet of Ukraine the Resolution No. 1021 «About improvement of the Order of providing medical care to foreign citizens who temporarily are in the territory of Ukraine» was accepted.

 
Foreign students in Ukraine

Every year to higher educational institutions of Ukraine come to study more and more foreign students. According to data of the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sports of Ukraine, the annual gain of foreign students makes 10 %, and as a whole in the Ukrainian HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS about 48 thousand students from other countries study.

The minister of science and education, youth and sports of Ukraine Dmitry Tabachnik during time прямойго air reported that in 2012 the order of the Ministry of Education, a science, youth and sports of Ukraine according to which all higher educational institutions of Ukraine are obliged to issue now to graduates the loose leaf to the diploma of the European sample was issued.

 
The right of foreigners in Ukraine on receiving medical care

The law of Ukraine «About legal status of foreigners and persons without nationality» provides that foreigners and persons without the nationality, constantly living in Ukraine, and also those foreigners to whom the status of the refugee in Ukraine is provided, use medical care on a level with her citizens. Other foreigners and persons without nationality receive medical care as it should be which is confirmed by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ukraine from 22.06.11, No. 667.

Every year the number of foreign students grows in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Our country always was hospitable, with a warm and good relation to foreigners. That who looks for quality and available education abroad, it is possible to recommend safely training in Ukraine.

Since 2013 of the application for receipt entrants will submit to HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS in electronic form

It is quite possible that during introductory campaign of 2013 entrants will put in statements in higher educational institutions only in electronic form. It was declared by the Minister of Education of Ukraine Dmitry Tabachnik. Let's remind that during introductory campaign of 2012 by electronic system for submission of statements in HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS more than 67 thousand entrants from total of entrants – 620 thousand used.
